Introduction

The Aspire 5 from Acer is designed to take your computing experience to the next level, offering enhanced performance, superior screen quality and a premium design.

With one of AMD’s Ryzen 5 APUs and 16GB of RAM, it breezes through even the most demanding tasks – from dealing with large documents to multi-tasking, all without slowing down. You also get a 512GB SSD, which gives you plenty of space for all your documents, media and files without compromising on performance.
Even with all this powerful hardware the Aspire 5 still managed to last up-to 12 hours from a single charge, meaning you can use it all day without having to worry about finding somewhere to plug in.

The 15.6” Full HD IPS screen offers great detail, as well as vivid colours and wide viewing-angles – making it perfectly suited to a wide range of tasks, editing documents, browsing the web or even watching a movie.
Additionally, the Aspire 5 features Acer’s BlueLightShield technology which helps reduce eye strain and fatigue, particularly when using it for an extended period of time.

Working from home and remote learning & working have become increasingly commonplace and important.
To accommodate this, the Aspire 5 comes with a Full HD webcam with Temporal Noise Reduction, which helps ensure a clearer image even in challenging lighting conditions. It also features dual microphones which support Acer’s Purified.Voice AI noise reduction, so the people you’re on a call with will be able to hear you clearly, even in noisy environments.

The chassis of the Aspire 5 features an aluminium lid for a more pleasing and premium finish, as well as a stylish backlit keyboard.
To ensure you get the best performance out of your Aspire 5, it features a cooling fan and an Air Inlet Keyboard – this allows the fan to draw in fresh air through the keyboard to help cooling performance. Additionally, you can switch between 3 different cooling modes by pressing the Fn+F keys.
