Introduction

The ProXtend PX-NC-10785 is a PCI Express 1.1 (x1) single Gigabit SFP port fiber network adapter based upon the Intel WGI210AS chipset, compatible with PCIe x4, x8 and x16 slots. The card has specifically been designed for long distance communication with remote workstations and fileservers. The card is compatible with both Multi and Single-Mode fiber connections where distance of up to 20km can be established. ProXtend PCIe Network Cards offer 100% compatibility with all major vendors, delivering performance and functionality for the most demanding server and desktop applications.
