Introduction

The LevelOne GVT-2015 is a Single-Port, End-Span IEEE 802.3bt High Power over Ethernet Media Converter with a total PoE budget of 60W. It is specifically designed to meet the growing power demands of network devices such as PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) network cameras, PTZ speed domes, color touchscreen VoIP telephones, multichannel (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) wireless LAN access points, and other network devices that require higher power to function normally. Equipped with an SFP port for Gigabit SFP transceivers, it can be used with both Multi Mode and Single Mode fibers, depending on the choice of transceiver. The GVT-2015 is the ideal solution for delivering data and power directly to network devices over the RJ45 interface, without the need for additional power outlets and electrical cabling, thanks to its high Power over Ethernet performance.
